Doctor Tron Lally is a lifetime resident of Lee's Summit. He graduated from Lee's Summit High School and then earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri: Kansas City. After that, he attended Optometry school in St. Louis and graduated from the University of Missouri: St. Louis: School Of Optometry.

Brooke Lally has been a lifetime resident of Lee's Summit. She graduated from Lee's Summit North High School and then earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Missouri. She is currently attending Optometry school at the University of Missouri St. Louis : School of Optometry.

Steven Lally grew up in Russell, Kansas and attended Fort Hays State University before moving to Oregon to finish his undergraduate degree in Physics and his Optometry degree from Pacific University Optometry School. After that, he moved to Lee's Summit and founded Lally Vision Care in 1970. He decided retire in 2020 after practicing for 50 years.
